They will then develop the best plan for you, helping you recover from a chronic condition or a sudden acute condition.

Our goal is to ensure you stay home, where you are the most comfortable, keeping you out of hospital facilities. All the members of your Care Team use real-time technology to make sure that your physician is made aware of your condition in real-time.

We realize that you have many demands on your time and need to know the quality of care provided to your loved one at any given point of time. We want you to maximize the quality of time you spend talking to your loved one. Those precious conversations should be about the beautiful things in life and not about what their health care provider did last week.
To make this happen, Nayar Health Care built a portal system for families. We get approval from your loved one to log in. You will be able to see the notes of the person who visited your loved one — their title along with a description of their clinical assessment and medication reassessment. You can log on to this at any time from anywhere you have internet. You will also have an option to leave a message for the clinician to call you if you have any questions.

As the President and founder of Nayar Health care, my passion and commitment are to make a change in the health care arena for our seniors. These lead me to quit my dental practice and earn my master’s in business. I have managed large home care companies since 2008. My background in medicine, combined with proven business practices, and an unfailing commitment to ethical decisions, will allow us to be the premier home care provider in the U.S.
