Skilled Nursing
To ensure continuity of care, Nayar Health Care typically has a Registered Nurse admit the patient and will be seeing the patient after that. At Nayar Health Care, we do not believe in sending different care teams every week. To ensure high quality and also to maintain and build a relationship with the patient and their family, the same RN goes to see a patient nearly every time.
Speech Pathology
Our Speech Therapists focus on speech, language, cognitive-communication, and oral/feeding/swallowing skills. They are identifying the types of problems with the patient to try then to individualize the care plan to treat the problem best.
Physical Therapist
Our Physical Therapist will follow the individualized plan of care to maximize speedy recovery from an acute condition and/or have therapy for managing chronic conditions.
Medical Social Worker
Our Social Workers conduct an assessment on patients to determine the needs, identify limitations, barriers, or safety issues that might impede recovery. They will educate patients and families regarding community resources and support and assist with long-range planning.
Occupational Therapy
Our team of Occupational Therapists works individually with their patients. They develop, recover, or maintain activities of daily living to keep patients in the comfort of their own homes.

LSVT-BIG CERTIFIED THERAPISTS
LSVT BIG is a research-based exercise program. The LSVT BIG program has been developed specifically for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. With over 20 years of research, the program has shown documented improvements of faster walking and bigger steps, improved balance, and increased trunk rotation.
